Privacy policy
For the Lanceur waitlist, we ask for very little and keep it only as long as needed. Here is everything, in plain language.

In short. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics. Your email is only used to write to you about the beta. Nothing is sold. You can unsubscribe in one click.
Who is responsible?
The data controller is Bahri Labs, a French SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (R.C.S. Paris 109 283 416). Contact: [email protected], +33 7 56 86 84 06. More details in the legal notice.
Why, and on what legal basis?
Purpose: managing the waitlist and sending you beta announcements. You first get a confirmation email (double opt-in); only then do you receive announcements.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in every email, or write to [email protected].
What data?
- What you give us: your email address, your project type (modded Minecraft server, game, software), its size (players or active users) and your language.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site. We also use it, in hashed form and for 10 minutes only, to limit abuse of the form. It is never stored in clear.
If you never click the confirmation link, nothing is saved to the list; the link expires after 7 days.
Who has access?
Only Bahri Labs receives your data. We do not sell or share it. We use two processors, both based in the United States:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.): sending emails and storing the contact list.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): hosting and security of the site.
These transfers outside the European Union rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Fonts
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Your browser therefore sends them your IP address when the page loads. Google states that it sets no cookie and does not use this data for profiling.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies or trackers and does no audience measurement. So there is no consent banner.
How long?
Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after Lanceur’s public launch at the latest. After that, your data is deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to its processing, withdraw your consent, and set instructions for what happens to your data after your death (French law). Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month.
No automated decision-making applies to you. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.
Minors
Lanceur is for project creators. The service is not intended for children.
